How do students access the Homework Helpline?
Students can access the Homework Helpline by signing into the system through a web portal, phone, or chat. Once logged in, they can submit inquiries about topics they are struggling with. The system will automatically route their questions to the most suitable mentor, who can then engage with the student, often through a Zoom session, to provide assistance.
